新潟県長岡市出身。東京を経て、現在は千葉県の船橋市在住。ラグビー日本代表のフルバックに「五郎丸」という選手がいますが、ワタシの生まれた所の地名が、「太郎丸」。
2015年で戦後70年。戦後生まれの日本人は、自立した普通の独立国に住んだという経験を持たない、ということでその過ぎた長さも思われる。長い日本の歴史の中で、かつてそうした日本人がこの国土にいたことはないわけで、その置かれている戦後レジームという先行き不確かな捉われものの上のfuture。これからの日本がとるべき道。自力で自国を護る、普通の独立国にまた戻れるものかどうか。考えさせられることの多いこの頃なのだけれども・・・・・・。
趣味としての音楽。どのジャンルのものも好きではありますが、クラシックやロックのballadなどの他に、、10代の終わりころからの旧い時代のTango Argentina。スペイン語はできないけれども、スペイン語で歌われるそうした時代の曲に痺れるものを感じることが多い、というのは感覚に通じる、合ったものがあるからなんでしょうね。そのメロディ、情感に。他のジャンルにも時にその種の"たまらなさ"を感じるものはあるわけですが・・・。
何かというとViolinを手にとるというのが、日常行動のひとつ。譜面台の前に立って、ともかく弾く。10代に始めて学生時代は部活でも交響楽団、その後長いブランクはあったものの、再び戻ってからは自身の一部のようなものとなって。楽譜の覚えは悪くなっているものの、そこは繰り返すことで何とかカバー。というその繰り返しの処で手にとるViolinのわけですが、ひとつひとつ、曲をそれなりに覚えてしまうことになる。通して弾いている。そんなところも面白いし、たのしい。Bach好きで、目下の処はPartita。Gidon KremerのplayするPartitaなどに、感じつつ。

人間にとって厄介なのは、自尊心の関わりでしょうねえ。
限界を人に見られ、知られた時にどうか。
その時に、他へのそうした意識を越えて自分の道を行けていれば、楽になるものだと思いますけれどもね。あるいは、そこでは限界でも、それを補うに足るものが他のところにあれば、自身の内では釣り合う形になるわけで、それも望ましいことではないですか?
ぶーけさん。
「子供には無限の可能性がある」などと言われたりしますが、大人になってもそうした部分は、内に残しておきたいものでしょうね。
